United Kingdom
One-year master's, Graduate Route work rights, and the widest set of January starts. Our biggest volume — and our strictest financial-document standard.
We don't sell dreams by the country. We match your marks, your family's budget and your field to the places that will actually give you an offer — then cost the whole first year in rupees before you commit.

Why families from Ludhiana drive down
Most consultancies open with a country. We open with a spreadsheet. Tuition, rent, insurance, visa fee, the flight, the forex margin, the deposit you'll never get back — converted to rupees, at today's rate, before anybody signs anything. If the number doesn't work for your family, we say so on day one.
We are paid by you, not by a university's per-head bounty. If Germany suits your marks better than a ₹30 lakh UK master's, that's what the report will say.
The counsellor who evaluates you also drafts your SOP, sits in your loan meeting and checks your visa file. No handover to a "documentation team" you never meet.
Every refusal we've had since 2014 is logged with its reason. That log is why our financial-document checklist is longer and more annoying than everyone else's.
Three PSU banks and two NBFCs sit with us on rotation. Collateral valuation, margin money, co-applicant papers — handled in the same room as the application.
Signature tool 01
Four honest inputs. Ranked countries with a fit score, the real first-year rupee range, post-study work rights, intake months and three universities that historically accept profiles like yours.
Nothing is stored or sent. The ranking recalculates the moment you move a control.
On a 10-point CGPA, multiply by 9.5 — that's how most admissions offices convert Indian transcripts.
Tuition + living + one-time costs for year one. Loan money counts — this is total outflow, not savings.
Not taken yet? We assume a realistic 6.0 and flag which countries would still need a higher band.

The number your father will ask for. Itemised first-year outflow in rupees, then split across self-funding, education loan and scholarship — with an indicative EMI and a straight answer on collateral.

London, Toronto, Sydney, Munich or Dublin — the rent line is the one that moves.
Whatever is left after scholarship and self-funding is treated as the education-loan requirement.

Where we actually file
We turned down four other destinations because we could not guarantee the same loan support, visa filing quality and on-ground contacts. Depth over a longer brochure.
One-year master's, Graduate Route work rights, and the widest set of January starts. Our biggest volume — and our strictest financial-document standard.
Three intakes a year and the longest post-study work permit on this list — if the programme and institution qualify. We check that before you apply, not after.
Strong healthcare, nursing and construction-management pathways, generous part-time work rules, and February and July starts that suit a post-result plan.
Public universities charge a semester contribution, not tuition. The blocked account is the real barrier — and the paperwork is where most self-applicants lose a semester.
English-speaking EU, a two-year Third Level Graduate Scheme for master's, and the densest tech-employer cluster per capita in Europe. Dublin rent is the catch.
Not on this list?
We refer these to two firms we trust rather than run a half-service desk. Ask and we'll make the introduction — no referral fee taken, and we'll still review your SOP for free.

Test prep, in the same building
Batches capped at 12. Two full mocks a week under real timing, speaking done one-to-one with a former examiner, and a written band forecast before you pay the test fee.
6:30 – 8:00 AM
Mon · Wed · Fri
The college-goers' batch. Finishes before your 9 AM lecture in Sector 14 or the shuttle to Mohali.
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Mon to Thu
Intensive four-week sprint. Designed for gap-year students targeting a 7.0 for Australia or Ireland.
7:00 – 8:30 PM
Tue · Thu · Sat
The working-professionals batch. Most of this room is applying for a January UK or Ireland start.
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday only
Weekend marathon with two full mocks and same-day writing feedback. Popular with the Ludhiana and Ambala crowd.
Illustrative internal averages from UDAAN's own batch records. Band outcomes depend entirely on the candidate and the test-day panel; no coaching centre — including this one — can guarantee a score.
The people, not the brand
Every file is owned by a named person from evaluation to boarding pass. Ask for them by name at the front desk.
Founder · Lead counsellor
Ex-admissions liaison for two UK universities. Reads a transcript in ninety seconds and will tell you if your backlogs are a problem before you pay anything.
Canada desk · SDS & PGWP
Tracks programme-eligibility lists weekly. Has talked more students out of a non-qualifying diploma than into one, which is the whole point.
Germany desk · APS & blocked account
Speaks B2 German, has sat through the Delhi APS process forty times, and keeps the only blocked-account timeline in Chandigarh that is actually accurate.
Australia desk · Education loans
Ex-banker. Structures the loan file before the offer letter arrives so sanction and CAS land in the same fortnight instead of six weeks apart.
The unglamorous part
Tick as you collect. This is the same list we work off internally — including the financial documents that quietly cause most refusals. Your ticks stay in this browser only.

Families who sat in that room
Simarpreet ma'am told me straight that my 61% would not clear a Russell Group filter. Nobody else had said that in four months of enquiries.
She built a plan around Coventry instead, and I got the offer in eleven days. Honesty saved me a year.
The loan file was ready before my LOA arrived. Sanction and the deposit happened in the same week — that never happens.
Gagandeep sir had the co-applicant papers sorted while we were still deciding between two colleges.
My father wanted the whole number on one page before he agreed. They printed exactly that in the first meeting.
Including the forex margin and the flight. He signed the same evening. That page is still on our fridge.
Neha ma'am handled the APS and blocked account without a single extra trip to Delhi. I did not lose the winter semester.
Two friends applying on their own lost six months to the same paperwork. Worth every rupee of the fee.
I got refused once with another agent. UDAAN rebuilt the financial trail properly and the second application cleared.
They spent two sessions just on why the first one failed. That's the part nobody else wanted to discuss.
Reviews are illustrative composites of feedback received at the Sector 17 office. Names shortened at families' request.
Our fee, printed
No percentage of your tuition, no hidden "documentation charge" at visa stage, no fee tied to which university you pick. University application fees, test fees and visa fees are paid by you directly to those bodies.

Straight answers
No, and neither can anybody else. A visa is granted by that country's immigration authority based on your documents, your finances and their assessment on the day. Any consultancy promising a guaranteed visa is either lying or planning to blame you later.
What we can do is make sure the file we submit has no gap the officer can point at — a clean financial trail, a coherent SOP, and a course choice that makes sense with your background. Our approval rate over 2,140 files is around 94%. The 6% is real and we discuss it openly.
Almost never. Backlogs matter differently in each country — some UK universities look at your final-year average, several Canadian colleges care more about the gap year than the backlog count, and Germany is the strictest of the five.
Bring the actual marksheet. In the free evaluation we will tell you which of the five countries stays open, which closes, and whether a foundation or PG diploma route is worth it. We will not take a file we do not believe in.
It differs sharply. The UK asks for tuition plus a set monthly maintenance amount held for 28 consecutive days. Germany requires a blocked account funded for the year. Canada and Australia want proof of funds with a traceable source. Ireland sets a per-year living figure.
The number itself is the easy part. What refuses files is where the money came from — a large deposit two weeks before submission with no explanation is a red flag in every one of these countries. We start the financial trail six months out for exactly this reason.
Usually up to around ₹7.5 lakh from public sector banks, and higher from selected NBFCs depending on your co-applicant's income and your university's ranking tier. Non-collateral money costs more — expect roughly 11% to 13.5% against roughly 9% to 10.5% when property or FD backs the loan.
The calculator on this page shows both. Our loan desk runs the file through three PSU banks and two NBFCs in parallel so you can compare sanction letters rather than accept the first one.
No. Our fee is a flat ₹34,000 for a full admission file regardless of which country or university you choose. That is deliberate — the moment a consultancy earns more from an expensive university, its advice stops being advice.
We do hold representative agreements with several universities. Where a university pays us a standard partner fee, it is disclosed to you at shortlisting stage and it never changes what we recommend.
A previous refusal must be declared and it will be visible. It is not fatal — what matters is whether the reason for refusal has been genuinely fixed and can be evidenced. Reapplying with the same file and a new agent's letterhead fails again.
Our File Rescue review reads the refusal letter line by line and tells you honestly whether it is fixable this cycle, next cycle, or not at that country at all.
Twelve months before your intake is comfortable. Nine is workable. Six is a compressed sprint where you lose scholarship deadlines and the better accommodation. Under four months for a September start, we will usually advise you to target January instead rather than rush a weak file.
Use the timeline tool above — it marks where today sits against your chosen intake so you can see the runway for yourself.
Yes, and there is no extra fee. Accommodation shortlisting, airport pickup contacts, the first bank account, SIM, national insurance or SIN number, and the student groups in your city — we hand all of that over in a pre-departure session two weeks before you fly.
Our alumni WhatsApp groups for Birmingham, Toronto, Melbourne, Berlin and Dublin are active. Most of the practical help after month one comes from students who left a year before you.
